Who we are

Fore Motion Golf, LLC is based in Jacksonville, Florida. Questions about this policy or your information can go to hello@foremotiongolf.com.

What we collect, and why

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address, and, if you check the founding interest box, that interest. We use your email to send a confirmation message, and, once you confirm, updates about our opening and founding memberships.

We use double opt in: we never send marketing until you confirm your address. Every email we send includes a link to remove yourself, and using it stops all future emails from us.

Who processes data on our behalf

A few services help us run the site and communicate with you:

• Cloudflare hosts our site and protects it from abuse and bots.
• Resend sends the emails described above.
• ElevenLabs powers Robo Caddie, our chat assistant. Messages sent to it are processed to generate a reply.
• Once memberships go on sale, Stripe will process payments. Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.

Bot protection

This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from bots without showing you a challenge. Turnstile's own privacy terms apply to that check: see Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Policy Addendum.

To limit abuse, our own server also keeps a short-lived, scrambled (hashed) note of each visitor's network address when a form or the chat is used. It cannot be turned back into the address and deletes itself within the hour.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not use ad networks. We do not run analytics trackers on this site. That is true today, and if it ever changes, this page will change first.

Retention and your rights

If you signed up but never confirmed, or you unsubscribed, you can ask us to delete your information at hello@foremotiongolf.com. We delete rather than argue.
